See the city of Strasbourg through the lens of the SDGs

What is sustainability?

Sustainability is the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, ensuring a balance between economic growth, environmental protection and social well-being. It is a concept that has been studied and used in particular by the United Nations to meet its objectives.

What are the SDGs?

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to transform our world. They are a call to action to end poverty and inequality, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy health, justice and prosperity.

The three spheres

Ecological
